i think it'l be a fight floyd really pulls out all the stops to promote. like the de la hoya fight... hatton fight etc..

 

Funny thing is, since Amir changed coaches, he's looked worse. This is not a reflection on the new coach who is good but he was more suited to Roach.

 

Floyd says Khan is a pa.ki and he dont like pa.kis which is why he chose Khan, hes gona show all them muslims whats up (gets the muslims tuning in) and promises his first genuine KO since 1999

Khan takes offense, says hes never been KO'd at 147, and then calles Floyd a ******, a coward, a ducker and talks about how Floyd beat his girl up infront of their kids. He then references Rogers teeth

Mayweather takes offense and then spits in Khans dads face, to which Khan punches Floyd whilst holding a bottle.

It all then kicks off, Floyd screaming ''he glarrsssed me, he glarrsssed me, im physically going to shoot Amir Khan''. Meanwhile Khans like ''hold me back, hold me back'' with Schaffer holding him back

Khan has the better of this exchange, and we never seen Floyd so angry. Now im excited after these turn of events = Break PPV records :deal

 

Are you guys really serious that this is an exciting match? This is a cherry pick and an easy fight for Mayweather. Very low risk.

 

I'll save my money on this one.

Khan has hand speed but that doesn't mean anything if you lean into counters like your head is magnetically drawn to your opponent's glove.

The only excitement is going to be the occassional potshot over the top that makes Khan do the chicken dance. Easy decision for May.

Not Cotto, that was an exciting match up.

 

Whilst I appreciate that Garcia derserves a shot at Floyd more than Khan, which PPV will sell more?

For me its Khan - despite his losses, he is still a bigger name than Garcia amongst casuals especially in the UK.

Khan is a much much better boxer than Garcia. Mayweather has no problem with pressure fighters. 1 + 1 = 2

 

He turned down Khan for the payday, recognition, attention and risk a Pacquiao fight would generate. I wouldn't really call turning down Khan, of all fighters, a "duck" when he picked Pacquiao instead. Khan is a nobody compared to Pacquiao.

But Khan want none, absolutely NONE of Brook, who would shatter his glass jaw.

 

Mayweather beats them both but Khan would be the more entertaining fight imo.
