    Think it was one of Charles Sale's recent entries in the Mail. Just a few lines saying there'd been cash probs. Not a surprise really, just can't see how it is gonna last long term.

    I think the long term plan is to maintain the channel via revenue gained from advertising and subscriptions.

    Subscriptions are going to be a problem for any specialist channel and especially in this economic climate. Advertising success is determined by exposure which in turn goes back to the number of subscriptions. I don't see Boxnation having enough of a share of the total boxing output on our screens to prosper as a subscription channel sadly.

    That's (approximately) how much Boxnation would have cost you this week.

    Keep it in your bank and watch it grow with interest!

    I'm not being funny, but ****ing hell.

    Boxnation is freeview at the moment, clearly trying to garner interest in the channel with the people who aint signed up.

    They've got the fattest middleweight in the world on, in front of 12 people and Steve Lillis refusing to commentate cos they are too **** and saying they shouldn't be allowed in the ring.

    It's not ****ing hard to knock an hour of highlights together is it?

    :lol: Exactly, a lot of people seem to entertain the idea of getting on Clev's back.

    He won a world title at 23 years old, so whilst still developing as a fighter gained wins over;

    - Murat - who recently fought Hopkins
    - Kuziemski - A fighter who went the distance with Pascal in his last fight and had also went 11 with Brahmer.. Clev took him out in 4.
    Bellew - Solid operator who came up short against Stevenson, arguably the number 1 at 175.

    Then he took the Kovalev fight, yeah he lost that night but he still deserves credit for taking that fight - this is another guy who is arguably considered number 1 at 175.

    Then as this thread shows, he was getting slated for the possibility of him fighting Fonfara, who is now being lined up for Stevenson.

    I see your point. We really are pretty negative at times but Fonfara is pretty ordinairy really. Campilo was kicking his ass till he gassed.
