Not exactly sure what you mean by the term "passport" blood testing, but if you're only talking saving the test for later a time, I thought USADA already did that?

Floyd fought De la Hoya, Cotto and Canelo in the JMW division. Only Cotto you could even argue was a blown up for that division. Which is actually a lie considering he has a number of fights at 154 weighing in as a JMW each time. Now he's going to 160 to fight Martinez.:deal

If Floyd is dirty then Manny is filthy.

I do know one guy walked away from 50% of the biggest fight in boxing history because he needed more than 14 days to recover from random testing.

The other guy wanted testing all the way to the fght.

Now I wonder who more likely to be cheating.

because he fights smart not hard.. his stamina is good but his punch output is not exactly huge? with is great defensive counterpunching style he is able to keep the fight at EXACTLY the right pace that favours him.. now i dont know if you have ever been in the ring yourself but i tell you right now THATS INCREDIBLY HARD TO DO and if you can do it .. VERY BENEFICIAL.

people give him **** saying his a coward, hes a women beater, his a loud mouth

but no one can question how hard the guy works.. constantly working out... just like hopkins.. ALWAYS STAYING IN SHAPE none of this ricky fatton **** going on.. not yo-yo'ing his weight between fights like oprah...

I would never consider Floyd Mayweather Jr. "TBE" but he is in the house for sure.
(Even haters have to give him his due)

So it seems to be saying (skimmed through) that instead of testing for a drug directly, it tests the athlete for any kind of change which could positively affect their performance without regards as to whether they got them naturally or other. Interesting but, it also says WADA implements it, which USADA is supposed to follow the guidelines of, so still not sure if there is actually anything of substance here.

if floyd dehydrated like 95% of boxers hed easily make 140... so dont give me this ****. he has moved up to face delahoya and cotto (then took on canelo at 152) how much do you think a natural 160 fighter would outweigh mayweather on fight night? because mayweather would not even get close to 160 at the weigh in .. prob be around 150ish like he weighs in at 147 fights...

manny steward once said - "we have weight classes in boxing for a reason" floyd seems to get no acknowledgement about the fact he is allready doing what you want him to..

Manny was superstitious and felt that his star power should free him from non-required extra stips not ordered by boxing governing bodies.

Now, he realizes he lost his biggest possible pay day and is in the position where he must make concessions, and is skeptical of jmm's ability to hurt him after not truly hurting him in three brutal fights with a few shots
