Hardly a duck. Its funny how peoples minds work. Manny is hardly being literal here. He knows Money will never give up the biggest payday of his career to face him. What hes doing is this:

- you said it was about money: I will do it for free
- you said i was desperate: taxes are taken care of
- you said it was about testing: ill fight with a needle in my arm
- you said it was about bob arum: make it a charity fight

He knows damn good and well the fight wont happen literally for charity but hes backing him into a corner and trying like hell to sneak into that may 3rd date or the next fight.

In the end though what manny is really doing is protecting himself. He knows both fighters are nearing the end and he wants on record that he did everything he could to fight him. Hes being smart.
