After years of hype, can we finally agree that Bute was just never that good?

    If Bute can't bounce back from a defeat, then he is mentally weak. No excuses this time, he was a joy to watch against B level opposition, but as soon he stepped up he got exposed. A true champion comes back from a defeat but he didn't. Time for retirement is now :bbb

    I told EVERYONE for years.

    And I was labelled a racist, a bigot and everything inbetween, by the Buttards.

    The day arrived one faithful night in May of 2012, but some of the Buttards crawled back, even spamming my inbox saying Bute is back to pre-Froch fight shape and will KO Froch etc. :lol:

    MrMagic i was with you 100% & don't forget i was the one that gave birth to the "Buttards" Yeah that foot infection and hands problem really was the issue against Froch :lol:

    Yes and must of you guys even said there was no excuses after the Froch fight, i kinda missed the Bute ship, but that ship sunk May 2012 :bbb

    I agree with you as whole package Bute wasnt that good. He did not have the mental strength as a fighter.:think

    Unfortunately it's all come to an end has it not?

    I quite enjoyed myself in some of the Bute threads, his most hardcore fans couldn't take any form of criticism directed to their fighter, he was flawless in every aspect.

    Librado Andrade - Sick, dehydrated, alien probe stuck up his anal cavity.
    Carl Froch - Foot infection, jet lag, hand-eye disorientation, paralysis, INSOMNIA!

    Absolutely. There is a reason his handlers did not enroll him in super 6. Definitely one of the most overhyped local fighters of recent times.

    He is the Canadian Berto. LOOKS like he should be good, LOOKS like an ATG against terrible comp... but doesn't have it.

    This is extremely harsh , its not like he just lost to a bum , Bute is a very good fighter who is in the middle of a pretty bad time.
