Strange how all these great American fighters over the past decade or two have a myriad of rampant doping allegations and paper trails associated with them but their apologists never even consider how tilted the playing field was in their direction due to their P.E.D usage.
GG's corner wouldn't have tome to stop it....he'd be flat on his back with his eyes rolling in his head.
Hilarious thread....... Roy was prime at 160 and that version of Roy from the 90's massacres any version of Golovkin we'll ever see. Actually, if Jones didn't have to cut too much weight, he could probably still beat GGG today. Golovkin gets hit too much, and Roy has tasted much bigger hitters than Golovkin. We still need to see Golovkin fight an elite guy. Like Uncle Roger says: "WHO THE **** HAS HE BEAT???"
Prime RJJ ??? After 6 rds of pounding him, he stops GGG in the 8th. RJJ at 160, was a machine and man could he crack... GGG, too short, too slow too hittable for the likes of Jones...
I knew this topic would get very interesting. Personally, I think Jones Jr. would more than likely win by decision. Jones ruined himself going up to heavyweight, going up and then coming back down was an act of pure stupidity.
JT at his best got a$s whupped by Pavlik. I would take Roy in a convincing decision in his prime against GGG.
You have posted this before can you link where Wlad admitted to using PEDs? I know Vitali was caught and was kicked of the Ukraine Olympic squad.
Jones screwed up by bulking up. Billy Conn didn't add a single pound when he fought Joe Louis...had he beefed himself up he would have been a sitting duck.
