When all is said and done Froch still won the fight... Crybabies will be like: premature stoppage... Groves wasn't slowing down at all.... Groves was dominating Carl when the fight was stopped... Groves would have stopped Carl etc etc

Groves choose a tactic where he let it all out in the first 6 rounds. He hit Carl with everything he got and still couldn't finish him. Carl kept on coming on relentlesly as he always does and Groves was CLEARLY out of gas.

Carl will fight Groves again and beat him one more time if Groves uses the same tactic again.

Reckon the ref ****ed it up more for Froch than Groves.. People who say Groves wasnt getting beat at that stage are ******s. Another minute and Froch would of won fair and square.. Groves was in major crisis towards the end, and im saying this and im far from a Froch Nut hugger.

funny how froch was trying to enforce some kind of rematch clause to fight Bute a second time, but has no intention of fight 2 with groves because he was getting his ass handed to him

The ref and the judges were all against Groves. It was 5 on 1 and still Groves was taking it to Froch. Owning him like mofo until a super quick stoppage

I have lost any respect for Froch that I once had....................If Froch does not rematch Groves, then as far as I am concerned, I do not want to see another Froch fight, esp. if he has to cheat.........

Pretty much how i saw it. :good

Also a few times during the fight, whenever Froch launched any assualt, Groves turned his back. He did this a few times.

I watched the fight when it happened and then rewatched it again.

Initially i thought the stoppage was very controversial, upon viewing it again my opinion has changed

The stoppage was ever so slightly early, but Groves was still going to be stopped.

Groves took some flush shots on the ropes, the referree didnt grab Groves in a headlock, if you watch carefully, Groves stumbles into the refs arms who then carries him away in a headlock.

Groves protesting the fight after it had finished many fighters do that after the fight has finished, even during this, Groves legs were shaky

Sorry, no way a desperate Froch was going to let Groves off the hook, Froch gets stronger in the fight, Froch smelt blood and i think Groves had already blown his load, it was going to be all Froch for the next few rounds.

If anyone got robbed, it was Froch of a legitmate stoppage victory, hence why he doesnt feel like he needs to go through all that again.

I do feel there should be a rematch but at the same time, the way Groves is acting, i wouldnt be surprised if Froch doesnt give him one. Same way Ward wont give Froch one

The stoppage was early but for Groves he was on borrowed time. There is no way he was lasting the end of the round.. No ****ing way, haters rewatch and shut the **** up!!!!
And yes Froch was getting his arse handed to him by a lad who could of and should of boxed his way to a points victory? He put it all in the early rounds and was blantantly tireing towards the end of a great fight.......... FACT

Honestly can people all on neutral ground not watch that fight and see that!!
Its the only outcome.. The other point if Groves had not got involved as much early on, then Froch would of been more of a handful for Groves, people really underestimate Froch's durability, hes a serious hard contender.
Massive respect for Groves thoe he's only going to get better and fly the flag for us in the future..
