Szpilka has to knock Jennings out to get a draw. It is impossible to win a decision with judges who hate European fighters, esp., Eastern European fighters...........I have seen Jennings knocked down and hurt, but I think this fight is probably 50/50 with Jennings having the edge with his judges, referee, boxing commission. Either Jennings will win a decision, or his referee will stop the fight too soon so as to give Jennings the win. Jennings looks to be pretty good fighter, Wilder is afraid of him, but Wilder is afraid of anyone who can fight back. Wilder is planning on a title being given to him..............#3 WBC?! LOL! Without ever fighting anyone even nearly ranked. I have heard rumors that they plan to pay Oquendo some big money to get him out of retirement, since Oquendo has a bad chin, is rusty and over-the-hill, has been for years.........They will make Oquendo a top ten ranked fighter for Wilder, watch and see................watch Oquendo rise in rankings...........

Figures that my two favorite heavyweight prospects are fighting eachother.

It will suck to see either guy lose.... I haven't really thought too much into the matchup im slightly leaning towards Jennings in this one.

It's great to see two young unbeaten Heavyweight contenders not afraid to face each other.

Fakes like Deontay Wilder TAKE NOTE!

This is great match up for the division.
Two undefeated young guys going at it, like it should be.

If Spilka manages to drag Jennings in war, manages to get through his jab you never know what will happen.
This might end up being damn entertaining scrap.:good

Well Oquendo was a sparring partner for Szpilka, and in an interview about it he said it's a good oppurtunity for Szpilka to spar with an experienced fighter like him, and a good opportunity for him to get back in shape and train prior to his return. So yea, he seems to be planning on fighting soon.

In this video he seems to be keeping a nice high guard throughout the shadow boxing session... maybe they made an improvement/s to Szpilas defense? We find out.

Just saw the final presser. Both men sized up pretty similar. Jennings might be taller by an inch. Szpilka is wider and visually appears to pack on more muscle - more mass. BJ will really try to use that reach and stay away from exchanging bombs with Szpilka. But boy o boy am I excited - I better not see any robbery in that ring

Height seems to be about the same, with a slight edge to Jennings, don't think it's even an inch, though :

    Does anybody know Szpilkas reach?

I also look for that before his last few fights when i see training clips and he always keeps them up when hitting mitts or shadowboxing but during the fight that right arm inevitably drops. He does really appear to be paying attention to it and hopefully he's learned but i won't hold my breathe. Such a small thing but it would make a huge difference.

Adamek said he'll be there to root for Artur.

They're about the same height but it doesn't matter since Szpilka fights out of such a low stance and crouch. I expect Jennings has several inches in reach but against a southpaw with the style of Szpilka i doubt it will play as much of a factor as it usually does especially with BJ's jab.

Szpilka, got cut pretty good in the Mollo fight. I didn't think a Mollo, should have given him the trouble he did. I'm unaware if Jennings has been against a southpaw or not, maybe someone can answer that question for me.

Szpilka looked good with his movement in this video. We'll see if his defense has improved, once the bell rings. This is the type fight the Heavyweight division needs. Lots of questions will be answered, about both fighters. Looking forward to it.

I believe BJ has not faced a southpaw before or even anyone with a wild style like Szpilka. BJ has been very inactive too...

Szpilka had trouble with Mollo but adjusted very well and defeated him both times with huge KO's. BJ will be nothing like Mollo. BJ will try to give Szpilka a boxing lesson, but can BJ's defense hold up against Szpilka? Hows the chin?!

That's what I was wondering, but didn't feel like trolling through clips to find it. Come fight time I guess we'll see. Something like that has to be natural during a fight, not something you have to concentrate on to do. Heard about Adamek being there, on invitation from Bob Arum.

Saw Olek Usyk had some excessively not so nice things to say about Artur in a recent interview, perhaps trying to get Szpilkas attention? Different weight class, though so doesn't make much sense. Maybe it was just his opinion and as simple as that.
