I'm sure Manny gives plenty of his winnings to charities, his home country, his church, etc.
I don't think Arum gives up his $, but Manny can do whatever he wants with his winnings.
Fact is, people just trying to justify Mayweather for ducking. Pac is trying to get the best fight for the fans, the fight he wants, and help other people that are in real need all at the same time.
Mayweather will prob fight Khan or some bum, get an easy fight that nobody wants to see, and mostly line his own pockets (I do know he gives to some charities)... Also making it rain on strippers so the man isn't completely heartless, helping out those poor ladies lol.

Some people just jealous that Pac is a good enough person to give away 40-50mil $ to charity. Some other ones just afraid Pac hits on your boy Floyd and busts him up (If Cotto did it, I know Pac IS ABLE).

If they fight Manny will essentially be fighting for free being that his while check will get eaten by the IRS, so since he cant make any money Floyd shouldnt, this is strictly a ego thing for Manny, thats why I dont care if Mayweather chooses not to face him at this point Manny has ducked long enough.
