^^ - I think Groves is a good fighter, but i feel if Froch pulls himself together and starts off aggressively and didn't age too much after their first fight, i believe there is little chance that Groves getting stopped quite early. IMO he was on his way to a TKO loss after Froch was starting to come back. But imagine what all the Froch haters would say, if Froch spanked him early :rofl:rofl

Prediction of the rematch: Groves on points or Froch stoppage

Groves landed a great shot first round which for me affected the fight for the next few rounds. Will he land it again in the second fight

Also he knows Froch can take his punches all 100 of them to the chin :)

this would be great. not that it would stop the trolls on here anyway they would acuse Froch of taking the easy fight at home against Groves and not the tougher away day against Chavez!

He hurt him no doubt, but he also knows Froch took a right beating and came back strong in the 9th (Gets no credit for this) and puts him in a bad situation. Groves chin is there for the taking

Groves is a much better boxer than Froch it's as simple as that.

As I said on another site before the first fight: Groves is Froch's best opponent since Ward. If Groves had held Froch when in trouble instead of fighting fire with fire then he would have made it through RD 9.

Groves was never that hurt. He took Froch's best shots in round 9 and fired back.

Being really honest he probably took about 3 decent shots :hey:hey:hey compared to the 50 that froch took and was still all over the place

I wouldn't be suprised if Groves goes in too confident and gets stopped.

    I agree
Could be the complete opposite...Froch will train like f**k and be on it for the rematch, groves thinks he just needs to turn up....

Froch is and will be near shot when they fight, that first fight has taken lots out of Carl and given GG even more confidence. Froch is rattled he didn't think GG could hurt him and he was badly hurt by George badly he knows George has his number and this will be his last fight he will be beaten i'll be betting big on GG.

Problem is he thinks he can go into wars and win, the reality is he can't :yep

Stick to the boxing ginger and you may win, but his head goes and he will be dragged into a war again and his chin ain't good enough for a war with froch

exactly why it's a good fight because both guys are on an equal playing field plus with the way the first fight went it begs for a rematch and there is interest

It's not at all hard to believe Froch would stop Groves...But at the same time I cant see Carl being the same man. Too much punishment.

George will destroy Carl mentally before the fight.

It's a fascinating fight. Groves is the better boxer but Froch is just a beast.
That's why the first stoppage was such a crime... we never got to see which one would win.

Can Froch keep taking Groves' shots? Has he gotten old? Can Groves keep his discipline and not get tagged? Who learned most from the first fight?

Buggered if I know which one to pick. Damn straight I'm buying the PPV.
