Dude he's not better then Mayweather. I don't think any true boxing fan that's not being bias, would agree that Pac is the better skilled between the two. Don't confuse Pac explosive all offense style with talent and skill. Now if the topic was who's brings more excitement in the ring, then it would favor Pac.
