Lets go back in time... Manny Pacquiao

When you look at some fighters early on, you can see greatness where they will win titles in different weight divisions. You could see fighters like Mayweather and De La Hoya doing it before they had as examples.

Manny is a fighter who has surprised me more than many others. Watching earlier in his career, did anyone see the tough time he had with Agapito Sanchez where the fight ended in a TD where I thought Pacquiao looked fortunate. Although a promising looking fighter I didnt imagine him to become a fighter who would go on from that SBW fight to win titles all the way through to LMW after that fight.
In fact it wasnt long after that he stepped up from SBW to FW to fight Barrera in a fight I thought Barrera would handle for a points win, but Manny stopped Barrera in a one sided affair.
Then Manny had the draw with Marquez, where I felt Marquez after a bad start had done enough, then he lost to Morales. Since then he has been on an amazing run where he just kept winning in impressive fashion.

With those fights from the past did anyone else think Manny would go on to have quite the amazing career he has had?

Did you think he would go on like he did through the weight classes around the time he had that tough time with A Sanchez

Ask Manny's primary trainer. Freddie roach - he was very vocal about it.

    Use google for the search

I don't think anyone could have imagined Pacquiao would eventually go up to Jr. Middle and win a title and fighter of the decade.

After he KOd Morales, it was apparent he was an ATG but what he did after was even more impressive to all.

Floyd Mayweather: What Manny Pacquiao is doing is equivalent to as if I was knocking out heavyweight.
