LOL Floyd says Manny wants him for the money. How much do you think Manny make? Manny made an "offer" to Floyd to fight for charity. While Manny has kept quiet, Floyd has consistently insulted Manny. This is his way of calling out Floyd. No money involved, just a fight between two men.

Did David have pre-conditions before fighting Goliath? Nope! Ask your coward hero, why he's so afraid of someone who he claims he'll beat easily? He even DICTATED that Pac can only get a certain amount of money AND there should be drug test. :deal

Lol......You boys are silly as ****! A ****ing "Tax write off". Are you serious? #1.......Floyd insisted Manny only wanted the fight because of his tax issues.....which PAC met with the proposal that they agree donate their earnings to a charity of their choice. Something very honorable for two men that are very rich. #2......PAC can't write that **** off you knuckle head! LOL......he owes millions and he can't benefit from a tax write off until his tax issues are behind him.

So your reasoning for Floyd to NOT fight Manny is becuase you don't want Floyd to help him with a tax write off that would never happen anyway?

Floyd has already said by his actions he never wanted nor was ever going to Fight PAC.

I ask again, you keep arguing the past. Keep going in circles. I'm addressing TODAY and staying on the subject

So there are conditions to Pac's challenge? Did David have preconditions before fighting Goliath? Why didn't Pac just say, I'll fight Floyd for free, no conditions? Pac is dictating to Floyd who averages $50M per fight now, to just throw away $50M while Manny gets a big tax write off?

What other conditions does Pac and Arum have in the fine letters? That the charity is the Pacquiao Foundation?

Lol....you knucklehead! PAC can't write **** off when he owes TAX money to the IRS. A write off is for those who pay their taxes and they get a break by donating or giving money to non for profit organizations. You kids are funny with sh*t you have no understanding about.

So now that we Cleared up the excuse of the whole "tax write off" as another reason for Floyd not to fight PAC......why shouldn't Floyd call his bluff?

The reason is..... Floyd knows PAC ain't bluffing and he's not prepared to place himself in a corner.....he is content on creating new ways to duck Manny.

You're an idiot. Pac has other income and has other fights. Write-offs are for a fiscal year not one fight MORON. Manny is about to make 20M+ against Bradley.

I'll say it AGAIN! Floyd DICTATING to Manny what is he wants is not in the PAST. David and Goliath DID NOT have the opportunity to negotiate terms. :patsch Why would even used them as example?

What Pacquiao wants is equality. :deal

It is in the PAST idiot. Stop going in circles. We're talking about Manny fighting for free right now.

I say again, why does Pac say he'll fight for free, only if it's for Charity. Floyd loses $50M+ and that's equality? Why doesn't Pac say I'll fight Floyd for charity and compensate him 50M so he doesn't lose money fighting me FOR EQUALITY?

I don't think they should fight for free. It's boxing and it's for their livelihood. But this wouldn't have ever been proposed if Floyd wasn't ducking PAC and claiming Manny only wants to fight him now due to his tax issues. Floyd's mouth and reluctance to face PAC created a situation that Floyd has to deal with. He will be getting more heat to face PAC and if he declines the challenge it will only place more scrutiny on his unwillingness to fight the best......namely PAC. There are no more obstacles.....only the new ones Floyd is placing in the way of this fight.

There is no situation. Nobody is talking about it other than forums because no intelligent person believes it. There are what less than 100 people in this forum and 10 of those are the same *******s creating the same threads over and over and over? They're mad Mayweather hasn't even acknowledged it. Pac may as well be talking to a wall.

Do you know "garnishment" means? Do you know what the government does when you owe taxes on this level? They freeze assets.....they garnish income and take your assets. $20 million is what he would be getting paid......with his tax issues he'll get less than Tim but he will be able to put a big dent on paying off the IRS.

By he time Floyd and PAC actually would be able to fight.....Manny's US tax debts will be resolved but it will take a lot more time to resolve the tax issues back home...

But he's not asking for Floyd to help him with his taxes......he's asking Floyd to step up and fight him for no money! Sounds crAzy......but Floyd was the one shooting off his mouth talking like Manny was desperate for money when it's clear that his not.

So.....why doesn't Floyd call his bluff?

Huh, who's talking garnishments? Write-offs still apply when you're being garnished idiot! They'll garnish 6M from the NET not GROSS. Manny is still reponsible for taxes on the full 20M this year.

Floyd averages $50M/fight with his last two fights. Not hard to figure out. Do you know what "income" means?

He doesn't call his bluff because it's a BLUFF. Stupidity doesn't warrant a response.

I do not believe the BIR can garnish Manny's American income. The same way they arent able to freeze Manny's American assets.

You say its clear Manny isnt desperate for money. Im not so sure.

Remember when Visionquest painted an ugly picture of Manny's financial situation? We all dismissed it after a while. Now we get the news about the BIR, IRS and the fact that he needs to borrow money for him to donate to his own country's relief efforts...

I wish Manny the best but lets be real, he is in a financial mess.
