Gamboa would finished Garcia if his knees buckle like they did last night ,the guy does have killer instinct and the speed of the cyclone would give Mickey all kinds of problems but I do see Gamboa getting Knock down at least one time.

 

Saw similar sheet when Juanma won a fight before getting busted by Salida but I think they (Gamboa and Juanma) were more friendly

Before Gamboa's layoff and singing with stupid ass 50 cents and all his long layoffs, I would have picked him to win. Since all that I dont think he has looked good and I will go with Garcia. I still have not seen Garcias fight last night though so I guess I will have to watch that first to make a full judement

 

Basically what Gamboa is saying is that he wants a fight. He didn't go up there to antagonize Mikey Garcia, but he said that he wants the fight, Mikey wants the fight, and the public wants the fight, so they should do it.

Mikey Garcia said that he too wanted the fight. That he never said anything bad about Gamboa or his team because that would be disrespectful, and that all they had to do was to get with their respective promoters to hash out the details for their fight. That's when Robert Garcia started saying stuff like...are you going to show up? Are you going to show up because you didn't show up once already (I assume he's talking about the Rios fight against Gamboa that never came off due to Gamboa failing to appear for a press conference.)

Gamboa responded by saying that he didn't show up because he was having issues with his promoter and that he was ready to fight, etc.

Both Gamboa and Garcia seemed to be wanting the fight, so we'll see what happens in the near future since they both have gone on record as saying they want the fight.
