Calzaghe offered 25 million to come back and fight ward !

    Just heard from a reliable source calzaghe is on the brink of a remarkable comeback fight bs ward.do u think calzaghe could pull this off ?

    Not going to happen and even if it did, he's been out the ring to long, enjoying women, booze and other recreational things

    calzaghe would never do that, he wants to fight others when they are old, not the other way round.

    25 million is a lot of money and rumour has it calzaghe hasn't got much in the bank,definitely in comparison to 25 mil

    Even if it were true it's not going to happen. Calzaghe retired on his own terms and at peace with his decision. He's never coming back.

    joe must be pretty well off after his two golden oldie fights, theres no reason for him to come back.

    no one is going to pay 25 mil for a retired cokehead to fight.

    sugar ray being the exception, allowing for inflation.

    Sugar Ray's about the only golden oldie Calzaghe didn't fight. His supporters would argue that never again could Calzaghe's greatness be questioned.

    I'd say that is bull****. Calzaghe is not a draw in the states, and Ward is even less of a draw. Anyone willing to pay Calzaghe that much and then Wards purse on top of that would make a huge loss.
