Do you think he would be a color analyst for HBO and be a motivational speaker? I know things happen for a reason, but this is a what if question. I respect Muhammad Ali and I would be stupid not to. So, do you think he would be doing what George Foreman is doing and selling products?

    He might be a coach.

Depends on whether his speech problems partly come from non-Parkinson's brain damage.

If Ali kept all of his faculties intact, he'd probably be some combination of a boxing commentator, autobiographer, minor celebrity who sometimes gets into the spotlight (Dancing with the Stars, The Contender, that sort of thing), cameo actor (like Tyson in "The Hangover"), and very occasional personality in American politics -- I could see a more active role in supporting Obama in '08, for instance. Hopefully, he'd refrain from starring in a reality show.

And he'd have likely continued to troll Joe Frazier.

If Ali never had parkinson we would have seen PAC vs Floyd by now. Floyd health would have never came first so he wouldn't have said look at Ali. Instead we get my health come first, look at Ali because I don't want PAC to make me look like that.

Ali would have been supporting Vitali Klitschko and Ukrainian people to earn their freedom.

Ali and Louis... two HW's with perhaps the worst or at least most documented decline in health as an obvious result of boxing. To be the best, they had to train harder and fighter harder than anyone in their era. The harm your body will take from doing that on such an elite level for such a long time as these two did is to be expected.

In order for his health to be different, his career would have had to be different.

    That is a good one.
I think Ali was sweet and humorous in the early 60ties. He could be very funny.
Then under the influence of Malcolm X and the Black Muslims he became a parrot, never a political person. He was manipulated and indoctrinated. And even if history proved him right on the Vietcong matter. I do not think he ever had a political understanding of US foreign politics.
    He served the Black Muslims.
1970 and on he matured. He no longer served Black Muslims. He was a muslim representing the President on foreign soil when he retired. And I think he would have been appoined an ambassador for USA in a muslim country.
