Unfortunately, I think there still people, even judges, who shortchange body punchers. They think body-punching is basically of no value whatsoever. Don't get me wrong, I don't think a punch to the body is as significant as a punch to the head, but it nearly is. Furthermore, there are those who think a soft puncher's punch is equal to a hard puncher's punch. This is the way it is in the amateurs but not in professional boxing.
You are a real jackass:rofl I recall Floyd hurting his hand, maybe going into rd 6, and also being abused by Castillo from rd 5 to 12:bbb Castillo was a dirty ass fighter IMO. He was hitting Floyd low often, behind the head and hell in one rd, maybe the 10th, he got behind Floyd and unloaded into his back and his head with nothing said by the refatsch This was a great fight and I think I had it even going into the final round and ended up going with Castillo 114/113 I had a 10/8 rd 8 I think The ref sucked......he took a point from Castillo for hitting on the break but not Floyd who did the same thing. Then again he allowed low blows by Castillo and no point for the AB style humping in another round. If anyone called this a draw or a loss by 1 or 2 points to the other boxer they scored it right. Stop treating people like s...hit who disagree with your stupid, low life, no Daddy having ass:rofl:scaredas: 1-800 who my Daddy Or send DNA results to Po box 69 your Mama lane:rofl :smoke
:good It was a great fight. I had Floyd down by 1 point but it could had went either way bro. Unlike Blizzy and Pibb you my friend know boxing:happy :smoke
I am not a Mayweather fan, and I'd love to see him get KTFO. But, I have to admit, Floyd won at least 8 rounds in that fight (and it wasn't any 15 rounder, lol), so I think he clearly won.
He said abused from rounds 5-12. This is what he recalls, lmao. Nobody respects you here you degenerate. You can keep hiding behind this alt if you want clown, but everyone knows your who your corny, sorry ass is. And how many times are you going to keep saying your wack as joke that nobody is laughing at, lmao. This is like the 1000th time you've attempted this joke. What, say it again, and they will hear ya, lmao. Keep saying again, and it and it'll stick. You figure that you would get the message by now right caveman. What happened to your original account? IB or Rums banned your pathetic ass lol.
Floyd's undefeated record has people angry LOL. bringing up fights over a decade ago trying as if that will do something LOL.
Exactly. Everyone always remembers the fight, but don't want to watch it again. All they have to do is watch the replay and you can see round by round how wrong Lederman was and how Lamps call was atrocious. The judges got this fight correct. They knew. Floyd was in with a tough guy who outweighed him by 10 lbs, and he still controlled the fight rather easily. Whether his hand was hurt or not, he kept punching and he still won going away. I recall, or I remember. I posted the fight, watch it.
Well regardless of what people think, it wasn't a robbery either way. It was a very close fight that could've went either way. I had Floyd winning a SD, the only true SD in his career (the one with Oscar was bogus and the Canelo fight was just a joke the way CJ Ross screwed up the scoring and caused the fight to be won by a MD.) I think people need to factor in that Floyd had torn his rotator cuff I believe just before that fight when he was training. He decided to go through with the fight rather than have it cancelled/postponed. He had surgery on his shoulder following the fight, and than he took him on immediately again in a rematch like a true champion should do when a previous fight is close. Once he was healthy in their 2nd fight, I don't think there was any dispute as to who won it. Funny thing is the 2nd fight was actually scored closer than the 1st even though Floyd clearly beat him in the 2nd go around.
I love how people really want to find ways to berate FLoyd, so what they do is they talk about this specific fight that happened over 10 years ago when Floyd had a shoulder injury prior to the fight and they speak about the 2nd round in the MOsley-Floyd fight. That truly gives you an idea on this guys level of dominance and the length of his reign. I've never seen anything like this in boxing history where one fighter is so superior to all his colleagues; I mean his opponents who are always top-tier fighters and ranked very highly in their division, are lucky if they can win 3 or 4 rounds in a fight. People were giving Cotto adulation for his fight with FLoyd even though he won at MOST 3 rounds. Really goes to show you how much of an ATG FLoyd Mayweather is. A true boxing wizard.
