i heard end of january so time running out on the other hand they announced the fight very late for the Guerrero fight like mid Feb.. i think ti was like 15th of Feb so they could do something similar here only problem is the promotion of the fight wil be limited because of that... mayweather is his own boss so he will announce when he wants

 

I think Ezpinoza and GBP really have Mayweather vs. Khan as their number 1 option. I think Mayweather would much rather fight Maidana than Khan.

Think khan was floyds No.1 choice remember may was meant to announce his fight a week or so before the broner fight, but was obviously encouraged to hold off in case broner took an L of Maidana

That to me would indicate that he'd rather fight Maidana. Maidana has more credibility right now and would pose Mayweather with less problems. There's no payoff to fighting Khan right now.

I believe the fight with Maidana would have already been announced if Broner weren't so insistant on exercising his rematch clause. There's also this story about having legal trouble. Mayweather may be stuck without a dance partner.
