No, the original pattern of blue floral print has long been worn off the enamel of every tile and replaced with a yellowish-brown stain. :verysad

...wait, or are we back to boxing picks again?

    wow.... Collazo stopped Ortiz.

I have to admit Im a bit shocked. I knew Collazo could win it but I never thought it would come as an early round KO. Impressive.

The 1st was very close, a basic feeling out round, but you could already tell how much of a difference there was in calmness between them. Collazo was businesslike while Ortiz was his usual manic self, but even worse. Some people might've been swayed to give Ortiz the 1st on aggression but really nothing of note landed either way.

Then in the 2nd, counters galore started piling up for Collazo. Very strong couple of minutes from him, and finally Ortiz got frustrated enough to rush in with two big fat bombs. Collazo set himself up perfectly on the inside and planted a textbook right hook on the chin. Ortiz was done after that. He started taking a knee, then stood part way up, then went back down to a knee as Collazo started raining follow-up shots on him (landing behind the head, but eh, whatever, they were light and Ortiz brought them on himself).

Thanks for the break down IB! You paint it beautifully.

Im happy for Collazo. Hopefully this can lead to another decent fight for him.

 That didn't last long, aye?

Good win for Collazo. It's not a shock that he won, but him winning within 6 minutes is. Collazo still has some gas in that tank and the welterweight division just got a bit more interesting.

As for Ortiz, he's gotta think about retirement. Josesito went way up in weight to crack his jaw, Luis finished him in 2. It just doesn't look like he can compete near the top of boxing. And he has that wreckless abandon style that can really get him into serious trouble. He should think about being a movie star are something in the entertainment business. He really isn't cut out for the hurt business anymore.
