Frank is on the list-I just couldn't spell! Povetkin held a version of the World title, beat Byrd, Chambers, Donald, Rachman, Huck and Chagaev. He's only lost to Wlad with a referee stacked against him. Only one opponent of his had a negative win-lose record(only Johansson of elite heavyweights can better that) and he has good solid skills and is tough and durable-perhaps I have him a tad high but he certainly qualifies.
