His fight last night just proved it. The guy had an average career, but he just DOESN'T have "it" anymore. When you get knocked out like that you know that means it's time to call it quits. Man the dude couldn't even beat the no name last night. STICK TO ACTING ORTIZ.

Ortiz has always been and will always be a nutjob, and I don't think that has anything to do with Mayweather at all apart from the fact that the money from that fight could have taken his desire and motivation further away from him.

No there was nothing really to ruin Ortiz has always been average at best he got his ass beaten by Maidana and went life and death with c level Berto don't act like he was something special going into thee Mayweather fight he wasn't he was then and always has been a C level fighter.

Watch the replay of the KD, Victor clearly looks to his right as the third punch is thrown, and tries to avoid the punch. Now how do you do this, if your faculties are scrambled from a punch.
I've been following the fight game for over 40 years, and have never seen a fighter turn his back on an opponent as many times as Ortiz has.
His backbone must be made of the same material that Audley Harrisons is.

 

Yep...stick a fork in him. He's talented, but, his will is easily broken. Khan gets a lot of shi.t for his weak chin. But, Khan's heart is not in question, and he loves to fight.

 

When the dude got his offense going he wasn't too bad, but lacked chin and esp heart big time. Physicallyhe looked strong, but If his chin was weak, his defense was bad, he opened up way too much, and his heart was worse, this guy got lucky to get this far just on talent alone. Collazo is NOT a puncher at this point even Paulie might get a tko over Ortiz. Guy doesn't deserve to be on cable he might be ok on espn.
