Right, but that's a case for letting it go on a bit more, he's not gonna get injured with Selbys power, and if he sags any worse or looks in terrible shape by the end of the round, THEN you stop it

I didn't love the stoppage myself, was rooting for Munroe, and thought he could have weathered that...but it was hardly 'insanely bad'.

Britain produces far worse on a regular basis.

Which is what I was saying. British stoppages in general are largely insanely bad.

This one was far from the worst I've seen, but it was nonetheless terrible. I just get fed up of the pundits accepting this **** so easily. No one ever puts their foot down and says outright that the ref was wrong (only exception being Froch-Groves....and that was only due to the profile of the fight and non-regular nature of the pundits). I don't understand what the **** they're so scared of.

It's the issue as a whole I'm ranting about rather than just tonights stoppage.

Glen McCrory was very good with the Groves-Froch stoppage actually, and he is regular (and has been in with Lewis)

"The second Groves is hurt, the referee grabs him in a headlock, it's disgusting"
