Let me address the Oscar fight first .

Did Floyd knock out Oscar ? Why not a rematch the guy is all about money right ? Why not fight Oscar again and make the biggest payday in boxing ?

Rematches are what make boxing great most greats have rematches even trilogies ,well except the guys who love to pad their records !

I guess it was a bit too difficult for Floyd thats why after his retirement he fights Marquez at welter and even out weighs the guy who had to come up 2 weight classes to challenge him ! Right that was a better option than a rematch with Oscar atsch


And please tell me what great has as many soft touches as Floyd WITHOUT fighting their closet rival in their prime ? I won't hold my breathe for a good answer !

Floyd himself obviously doesn't agree, otherwise he would have fought Williams, Pacquiao, and Martinez. The way he completed ignored GGG's suggestion of a fight indicates he doesn't think he would beat him at 154 either.

A boxer doesn't avoid a fighter because he thinks he can beat him.
