Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

It's a legit question, Holy FAIL. Given the fact that Khan "beat the **** out of Pacquiao" in sparring and the fact that Mayweather is clearly a much better boxer than Pacquiao, would Khan be a more suitable opponent for Pacquiao than he would for Mayweather? I think he would.

 

To OP so you are basing this on a sparring session? Someone also kicked Floyd's ass in sparring before.

Khan was excellent back then. It was the Garcia fight that ruined him. As of now, he hasn't even earned a shot at Pacquiao, post Marquez 4 and all.. Why he would even want a fight with May or Pac now is beyond me, and seems like an attempt to cash out before the ship sinks. If he still had it he would target Porter or Bradley first.

Amir Khan is 2-2 (1 TKO LOSS) in his last 4 fights and has NEVER fought @ the full 147 and then suddenly has the chance to fight Mayweather?

What a joke, atleast with Brandon Rios he is tough and never been stopped. Even though Rios was going up to 147 against Pacquiao, Rios was still the bigger man against Pac.
