The fight with Oscar was far from a blow out and the rematch would have been huge ..You know you guys like huge numbers ..But Floyd didn't want to risk his 0 in a second fight with. Oscar so he goes retires and comes back and makes Marquez jump up 2 weight classes so he can win over a ranked opponent p4p What a joke ! And Rios really did you miss Manny fights with Cotto,Bradley and Marquez 4 times :think All of which make for better opponents than Floyd's last couple ! Even the Cotto he fought !

At 154 though i would only like to see a Lara fight or GGG come down but i mean thats about it in terms of relevance and money.

After that he would i guess have to risk alot and go 160 or close to it...i dont know....

You can come up with a laundry list of names of course but majority won't make any real sense no one at 147 deserves it outside the two i named. Lara at 154 or GGG and thats about it.

• Floyd was given the opportunity to fight Sergio Martinez at 150 with an 80/20 split in his favour but fought Guerrero instead.

• Floyd recently said he was prepared to relinquish his title to avoid his mandatory, Manny Pacquiao.

• Shortly after Paul Williams wins the WBO welterweight title by beating Antonio Margarito, Floyd has a 21-month vacation. He announces his return less than a month after Williams moves up to middleweight.

• Floyd is purposely overlooking 2 perfectly legitimate potential opponents at light middleweight (a division at which he holds a belt and is rated #1 by Ring) in place of 2 fighters who each have 3 losses in their last 13 fights.

Many people have wanted to fight Mayweather but he cant fight them all. Paul williams had 1 win at that time, nobody was asking for that fight. People wanted the Mosley fight way more then that but Mosley ducked Mayweather talking about a loose tooth.

 

How is Floyd over looking ooponets at 154?? He just fought the best 154 fighter. now hes going back down to WW like he did after DLH and Cotto. its a pattern, thats what happens when your champ in 2 weight classes dumb ass
