His resume his skills and his longevity all combine to place him there.

His resume you have to be kidding ,his longevity is questionable with his 2 yr retirement .

30-40 range is more reasonable ..

If we were just talking feather weights than yeah top 5 but all time the numbers I listed is more realistic .

Likely future HOF'ers: Oscar, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Cotto, Corrales, Castillo X2, Gatti, Genaro

More HOF'ers beaten then many fighters ranked in the "top 25 ever."

His results are amazing. Seldom loses more than 2 rounds.

That 2 year retirement, if anything, HELPS the argument for the greatness of his longevity, dude... That does nothing for taking away from longevity... Perhaps you don't know what that word means...

Mayweather never fought at Featherweight, so I don't know what kind of nonsense you are randomly spewing.

Gatti is no 1 ballot hall of famer ,neither is Hatton,Corrales or even Castillo.Beating a shot Mosley doesn't elevate him neither should his win over Marquez considering he made him jump up 2 weight classes .The Oscar and Generado wins do elevate him but he rest would keep him in the 30-40 range like I said before but that's my opinion.

How is Roger one of the best trainers of all time when he's never built a fighter into a champion from the ground up? Floyd was already a pro when Roger took over training duties. Matter of fact, a lot of guys Roger trains outside of Floyd seem to lose more than win. I remember one guy he trained got stopped in the first round and Roger just left ring. Didn't even consul the guy. Far from one of the best trainers of all time...he's entertaining though that's for sure.

More or less a trainer of one.

Great results with that one, but whom else?

Almost all of these comments, related to rarely losing round, seldom hurt etc apply to Vitali Klitschko as well, but...

Well if you meant Lightweight than you are pointing out a division which Floyd only fought 4 times in... So if you rank Floyd top 5 at Lightweight as you say, you have lost your mind. Castillo was the best Lightweight of the decade and Floyd beat him in his first fight there to scoop up the lineal title so I value that and especially the immediate rematch victory... But he is nowhere near the top 5 LW list... Nowhere near...
