Wilder needs to stop with that ghetto talk on twitter, it's a joke along with what's going on with this WBC belt crap. Golden Boy is delusional to think Wilder will ever become america's next champion that everybody likes, the days of having thugs as champions that everybody likes are over, it's not the 90's anymore.

The heavyweight division is embarrassing, you can't say that enough.

Oh dear, it would be disgusting to see Wilder get a safe shot like that especially after his first step up. I sure as hell hope Arreola beats Stiverne and knocks Wilder out cold after that.

I like the way he talks with other people who communicate in their interesting dialect, in reality it could evolve into the most Phonetic Germanic language :think

Win over Grover Young is enough to get ranked in wbc top 5 i guess! I wonder what chisora thinks about this being that he beat scott and has already challenged for WBC title!

don't get me wrong i don't like chisora and for me he may as well never fight for title again but to let Scott ahead of him is not fair after quit job he did versus Chisora!

    yes I agree
the problem is that the federations can write their own rules
when favouritism comes into play, you have to wonder how many bills are being passed under the table...

This is interesting. For the longest, all anyone did was consistently denigrate Wilder for his level of opposition. Not that he's fighting guys with a pulse, everyone is complaining that he might get a shot at a paper title. Everyone knows Wlad is the real champ, everyone knows the WBC has little credibility left. I'm a bit confused by all the complaining.

The problem with Fury it seems is he isn't ranked very highly in many of the belts and not ranked in the top 15 in WBA and IBF. Also he is ranked 8th in the WBC which is a problem. Saying that, Scott isn't even in the top 15, so how on earth is he getting a crack?

    Top 15 WBC
    1. Bermane Stivern
    2. Chris Arreola
    3. Deontay Wilder
    4. Bryant Jennings
    5. Mike Perez
    6. Manuel Charr
    7. Derek Chisora
    8. Tyson Fury
    9. Tomasz Adamek
    10. Odlanier Solis
    11. Lucas Browne
    12. Fres Oquendo
    13. Vyacheslav Glazkov
    14. Andy Ruiz

Heck, it's undeserving, but at least Wilder is active and will get the fight done soon, so no dragging on.

By the time Jennings vs Perez is done, Wilder will probably be fighting the WBC beltholder already.

The more title fights the better, specially if the challenger is a live one.
