The word duck is thrown out there far to often. People say that floyd ducked this one or that one but seem to forget (or never knew to begin with) that Floyd called out all the top names above him when he was king at 130 and 135. He called everyone out from Zu to Oscar to SSM. None of the big names wanted anything to do with Floyd . . . SSM turned down the fight two times but people say that it was floyd who did not want the fight. Once Floyd beat Gatti, then later Oscar everyone under the sun started calling him out.

The only clear way to say one fighter ducked another is that it does not make financial sense in the short and long run. These guys do not fight for "shits and giggles", its how they make a living . . . In this framework it is easy to see that if do something that puts food on your table or a roof over your head, it may very well be a duck.

Yeah I've never really understood why Pacquiao gets such a big pass from people on forums like this, and boxing journalists / pundits.

The drug testing duck is easily the biggest 'crime' of the whole Mayweather / Pacquiao farce.
