Obviously, there is people who truly believe that. That should serve Mayweather as motivation.

I think he's just stating the obvious. Floyd is a level above the the pack. Including Manny of then and now. I do think Manny of old would of been an interesting fight, but he would of still lost. Let's be for real people. Fighters less then Floyd have beaten Manny. Marquez fought Manny then and now, and gave him all kinds of problems before laying him to rest. Marquez is no where close to Mayweather level. He takes more punishment, he's not faster or a better counter puncher. Yet he beats Pacquiao. People quick lying to yourself. Despite how you may feel about Mayweather outside the ring, he's still better then most including Manny inside the ring.

 

He just has to prove he's better than Manny in the ring ..I think he should beat him but that has to be done in the ring .

Yes you do need to be informed.. If you knew anything about the past of Floyd, Oscar and Arum , you would know why they do not do business together. The only way you would not be aware of this, is if you just started following the sport with in the last 2 years or never followed Floyd's career at all. If you're to criticize, or accuse the man of being a coward at least know a little about his career.

AS far Marquez vs Pac . Marquez did ask for testing, but because Arum and Pac where running the show the request was denied, up until Pac got KOed holding his dick, then and only then did testing become an issue with Pac .

Which bring us back to Floyd, Arum and Pac .. Floyd is not going to Allow Arum to make a dime off his name PERIOD.
Second Floyd is not going to allow Arum or Pac to dictate negotiation fight, money or promotion and vise versa !

 

I hear where your coming from, but what would that really proof now. Pac is not the same he used to be, and Floyd still has not declined. Floyd will get nothing but back lash for beating Pacquiao now. Every bias and hater alike will pull the same card. Floyd waited for him to get old or some BS like that. Even though it was Pac who stopped the fight from happening when it should of happen.

 

A fight with Manny is better than anything that is being proposed ..Floyd is more to blame with his constant excuses .This is the only guy left for Floyd to face that the public cares about ..The fight should have been made already. People are going to be giving more backlash too Floyd once he fights either of these two guys because they don't elevate his legacy .A win over Manny does.
