Where's the "I'm not paying $70 to watch this crap" option.

    Rigged poll

Maidana is winning the poll again now by almost 200 votes but Khan will pull back again in a few hours with UK votes you would think.

It is likely since it will go to a decision. I hope its a controversial one too.

The Khan fight is already a done deal, Mayweather is just trying to justify it now.
Realistic polls probably have Maidana up to about 80-90%.
I used to be a Floyd fan, now I just wish he'd retire, disgrace.

Maidana is far better now, and Khan is worse. Maidana almost had him a bunch of times in the first fight. Cortez seemed to step in a lot and help Khan out when he was in trouble as well. Khan did land a really nice liver shot though.

Anyhow a lot of people overthinking the prospective FMJ vs Khan/Maidana matchups, thinking styles, speed, etc.

In this case, the reason Maidana has a chance and Khan does not comes down to something even more fundamental than any physical attribute and that is mental toughness. Floyd Jr is a master at making sure the opponent knows, consciously and subconsciously that they are just that - an "opponent".

Khan will be going into this fight intending to lose. Not on purpose of course, but he will know it and accept it even if he says otherwise and does not admit it to himself and be a good "opponent".

Maidana on the other hand is a stoic, and has proven time and again that bringing him in as an "opponent" is a dangerous move. The hype, the slights, the subtext of "opponent" will not get to Maidana. Maidana is going to go into the fight to hurt FMJ. He might fall short because FMJ is very good, but that wont hurt Maidanas confidence or his intent to inflict damage.

That is why Maidana has at least some chance, and Khan has zero.

Khan has like a 2% chance to beat Floyd man. If Julio Diaz can time him and put him in dire straits multiple times, there's no question that for all his safety-first style, Floyd will be hitting him a lot more, and possibly harder than a blown-up Lightweight. Khan doesn't hit hard at 140, much less 147, so he doesn't even have the puncher's chance factor working for him. The only hope he has is Floyd getting massively old overnight or catching some severe fluke injury during the fight.

Maidana's chances are like 5% or so. If you've seen the Alexander fight, where he was easily outboxed, can pretty much assume Floyd can outbox him more impressively. But on the small positive, Maidana does hit hard, punches from odd angles, is relentless, and just got first hand experience beating up a shoulder-roll user. The central problem is that he's just too slow and Floyd probably won't stick around ever against him.

Again, neither of these guys should be the opponent. But if it has to be one, I'd prefer Maidana.

Khan has no chance bearing a freak injury from Floyd. Maidana always as a punchers chance although i don't rate his chances vs Floyd ha.

Yeah and we'll see why the Canelo fight turned out like that when Angulo unplugs Canelo in a month.

Psychology is why Maidana has a chance? Not a chance. Neither guy can win. Not because of psychology, but because of physical attributes and style matchup. The poll is easy win vs easier win. IMO Khan is a slightly better fight to watch, but has no chance. Maidana isn't good enough in the feet and isn't fast enough in the hands to put gloves on Floyd, and Floyd's chin isn't AB's chin. I just can't make any computations that give Maidana any chance, even with his power. Khan might win a round or two before Floyd times him, but I can't see Maidana winning a round.

Basically what he and every other hater is saying is..."I hate that ****** no matter who he fights" They are just not man enough and too damn cowardly to say it. They just hide behind all their crap like "runner" - "hypejob" - "overrated" blah blah blah.
