I enjoyed watching Hamed when he boxed.Exciting with plenty of talent.But he was soundly drubbed by Barrera,and as pointed out never attempted to come back.But I thought what came out of his mouth was often obnoxious.He verbally abused a lot of opponents before fights,though significantly,not Barrera.Ironically,he could be right.I don't think he needed to use the expression "shot".We won't really know if this is true until Carls next fight,if there is one,but here is a boxer who wants a return with a man who beat him out of sight in Ward and quite possibly rematch Groves if he decides to continue.And thats without anywhere near the natural talent of Hamed.
Id nearly bet Froch will still be going in the gym and cycling in his 80s.He appears to love it too much not to.
Groves can beat Froch, it just depends on how much Froch has left. Hope the rematch happens, I know that Froch never wants to get into a ring with Groves again, time will tell.............
Froch isn't shot, that's the same Froch there's always been. Groves was superb on the night and in my opinion, the way it was stopped was a joke.
