Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

Thurman has a bright future ahead of him. No reason to rush him and put him in a fight that's way over his head. I love Thurman as a fighter but he still needs some seasoning. Thurman beats Khan and Maidana but so what, he's still not ready for Mayweather.

 

thurman is a threat. i think he beats khan and maiana. he called out mayweather about 2 or 3 fights ago.

Atleast not when Mayweather is still Undefeated, Thurman is too much violence for low rewards...Khan or Maidana are much safer for the same or more $! :deal

Expect Thurman to be matched very hard & robbed on any decision, everything will be done to make sure he loses...That way he doesn't become a bigger problem as Mayweather starts looking for the next Payday.

If you guys think that Thurman would tee off on Mayweather like he has against his previous opponents, you are fooling yourselves. Mayweather would clown Thurman and that's the last thing Thurman needs now. Maybe towards the end of next year this would be a viable fight.

 

Major difference here. Thurman has an 0 and is still young and fresh. It would be stupid for his team to send him for a payday this quick. Khan has nothing to lose in comparison.
