    According to Sky Sports

Maidana took the early lead, but the poll finished with 60% in Khans favour

I think its now pretty much a sure thing Floyd facing Khan. It was my preferred pick out of the 2 anyway

Tbh, Floyd has no one else to face in May that will draw as much as Khan. As bad as the fight is, showtime needs to make sure they profit of this deal and Khan can feasibly make this event profitable. Seeing Espinoza palling around with Khan at the Superbowl etc also pretty much makes this fight a given..

Didn't want to see Floyd fight any of those but Pac, Bradley or Thurman. But out of the two I'd prefer Khan, but not by much.

Khan was almost out against a lightweight soft puncher like Diaz. Floyd with his accuracy will most definately catch khan with a hard shot, I wager one of his whipping hooks anf Khan will be all over the place. Unlike Diaz, Floyd is immensely skilled and accurate and will finish Khan off by TKO

Yes i slightly prefer Khan. For 2 reasons -

    1) Floyd vs ANOTHER slow plodder in Maidana, pot shot for 12 rounds, zzzzzzzz
    2) We might very well see a geniune KO by Floyd

Both mismatches. Obviously better fights out there, but not feasable for what ever reasons

How can you possibly compare Pacman resume's to that of AMir Khan?

Pacman is an ATG and most people thought he beat Bradley quite decisively, obviously he was KO'd by JMM but than came back and wiped out a game Brandon Rios.

Khan is 2-2 in his last 4 fights and his last performance against Julio Diaz was an utter disappointment to say the least.

Also Khan has never fought at 147 lbs before and he doesn't hold any titles at 140, so how does a guy who's coming up from 140 with no titles and a shaky resume the past few years gets a shot at the P4P king at 147 lbs? It makes absolutely no sense.

I defend Floyd a lot, but he shouldn't be fighting Amir. The last time he took on someone so undeserving was probably against Sharmba Mitchell.

Khan should've either TRIED to avenge his loss to Danny Garcia (which I don't think he would've been able to beat,) or campaign at 147 for at least 3 fights, try his best to pick up an alphabet title at WW, than start calling out FLoyd.

It's just sickening to think this guy might actually get a shot at Floyd. He's more than likely going to get dominated by Mayweather and it's unfair for the other fighters who are currently much higher on the totem pole than Khan at 140-154 lbs.

Floyd only has a few fights left and he should be doing everything possible to secure good matchups and continue to enhance his ATG resume.

Guys more deserving: Lara, Pacman, Bradley, Garcia, Sergio Martinez, Maidana. You could probably even throw Ruslan into that mix. That's 7 guys off the top of my head that are much more deserving of a fight.

I will be surprised if Mayweather wins by KO, I am expecting a points win.
Khan stopped on his feet is more likely than a KO.

It could turn out to be a good fight.

Khan could possibly give Mayweather problems and we have seen in the past that Khan has only been beaten by heavy punchers (Prescott,Garcia) and guys who aggressively took the fight to him (Peterson).

Mayweather isn't known for being a big puncher and he is a very defensive fighter, so it could be interesting.

I think Mayweather will stop him though, too good IMO.

His still in his prime - maybe not peak but still in his relative prime, so no he isnt that old in terms of fighting years.

So what if he doesnt stop Khan, Heavy Handed Maidana couldn't do it

Whilst i do agree, Khan is chinny enough to be an exeption to that rule

But imagine if Floyd cant even knock Khan  and even better Khan flurries effectively and wins on points :hey
