    Maidana has better wins and went up the ranks as an 'opponent' supposed to lose. Always goes for broke and lets the chips fall as they may, and will in this fight more than ever. Maidana would be the biggest pucher he has fought, by a clear margin (and don't tell me it's ortiz or old ass mosley pls).

    Canelo was a respectable puncher and the best JMW when Floyd faced him.

    Maidana won't even have a significant size advantage over Money.

    Maidana has 0 chance in this fight and will be shut out.

    This is a **** fight and we all know it.

    1. Wrong. Beating shot Mosley and Trout doesn't REALLY make you the guy at 154*, despite what the gb hype machine might tell you.

    2. Wrong. Maidana fights at about 160 these days (broner fight)

    So what. Maidana earned the fight and nobody in the states knows who in the hell Amir Khan is. Remember that Americans are the ones who support PPVs, not Brits. Plus, this will save Broner from having to rematch him.

    I created a thread citing my reasons why.
    A) Look at Maidanas "win streak". 2 wins against terrible comp who were on losing streaks and beating Broner who already proved he didn't belong at 147 and was just a hyped fighter with 1 decent win on his resume.

    B) Maidana has had his face boxed off by even the mildest skilled boxers. Kotelnik literally looked like Floyd against Maidana, and Devon embarassed him. He hasn't improved, it's just that Broner fought a dumb fight.

    C) They were building Maidana up to lose to Broner and make him look good. Cherry pick gone wrong.

    Maidana will not win 10 seconds of the fight. I bet Guerrero beats him.
