Style make fights. Great past prime fighters like Morales always compete against slow plodders like Maidana. I stated so in this very forum when everyone else feared for Morales' health.

Speed and hustle are always a problem for older fighters on the decline and its why Morales just could'nt deal with Pacquiao.

I no styles make fight I am not taking anything away from both Maidana an Garcia I like both fighters an Garcia has improved a lot in my opinion also Maidana looks better since he started training with Robert Garcia.I was just pointing something out to nay_sayer who is just a Pac hater and I don't like haters both Floyd an Pac haters really annoy me.

    but back to the thread

Pac will always trouble fighters with his hand speed an foot speed and the angles he manages to get his shots off. Pac from the Oscar fight will give anybody a hard fight in my opinion but he can still be beat by fighters with good timing an counter punching ability who can fight off the back foot such as Marquez or Floyd.

Yeah, the first Morales fight was so close that Eric fought the 12th round out of the Southpaw stance.

    Its obvious that YDKSAB.

Prime EM beats the brakes off of Pacquiao...

you don't no **** about boxing according to your Paulie an Bradley can both punch harder than Pac an Marquez because there not proper welterweights. then I pointed out how many Knockouts does Bradley have at welterweight an how many does Marquez have at welterweight that's right I will say it again.

    Marquez 1

    Bradley 0

your just a hater *** who got laughed of that thread because you wouldn't take a ban bet to back up your words.

Can you guess who else has the same number of KOs @ 147 as does Bradley? Ruslan Provodnikov.

Now, using your brain dead logic, we would have to conclude that Marquez, with his 1 KO @ 147, hits harder than Provodnikov. Is that what you're trying to argue? If so then...

    LOL...

    Like I said, YDKSAB...

backing out of a ban bet again an provodinkov hits harder but that's not the point you said you cant tell me a lightweight hits harder then a welterweight. an I clearly said just because they fight in lower weights some people can still hit harder look at Lucas an Danny Garcia they hit harder than Bradley there light welters. you also said Pac is not a proper welter an he still hits harder than some welters so you point was not valid.

do you want a ban bet or not an yes you did you said you cant tell me Marquez hits harder than Bradley lightweights don't hit harder than welterweights. in general lightweights don't hit harder than welterweights but that's not the case all the time. I still think Marquez hits harder than Bradley anyways.

but that no the point the point is you really are just a hater towards Pac I get it your a Floyd fan but you have to give credit were credit is due. just like I don't like people who don't give Floyd the credit he deserves.

So what's the difference between Provodnikov and Pacquiao?

    Pacquiao is a lightweight.

    Provodnikov is a welterweight.

Welterweights are supposed to punch harder than lightweights you idiot.

    1 + 1 = 2

Bradley's punch is bigger than Marquez' punch @ 147lbs. What so dificult about this simple concept for you *******s to comprehend?

    that is what you said

    and I said

so that's how it works i always thought some people were just able to hit harder than others but it most all be about the weight. so explain to me why Jnr welterweights Garcia and Matthysse hit harder than Bradley also explain to me why Mosley said Canelo an Floyd hit just as hard Floyd isn't a full Welterweight an Canelo is big. but what I would really like to no please help me understand that you are full of ****.

also was Pac vs. Marquez at 147 lbs. is that the welterweight limit am sure it is so he does have a KO against a Welterweight something Bradley is yet to achieve.
Malignaggi also must punch harder than Marquez an Pac as well yeah just because they are supposed to hitter harder than lightweights doesn't mean they all do.

2000-02 Dlh beats Pacquiao in a clear UD, developed a right hand by then and was at his most versatile, but the weaker, slower, older one Floyd fought would still be highly competitive with Manny, probably look something like Bradley-Pacquiao I. Manny is a brawler puncher that moves like a boxer, loves going toe to toe, but cuz his footwork is so fast doesn't need an inside game, always keep in it midrange, which means midrange for Manny, is short range for Oscar, who also had weak inside fighting skills. Manny also had better performances with fighters that tended not to be natural, true, righties, like MAB, Oscar, and Cotto. Oscar in his best form had fast feet and more firepower than Manny, tho. Both at their best, perhaps Manny might of stylistically been more of a problem than even Floyd, but Oscar was just as fast bigger, and better chin than Manny by far Oscar would struggle, but he'd eventually stop Manny with an uppercut or decision Manny by UD in a highly competitive fight.
