Bowe just cannot believe that an Englishman is a top 3 HW of all-time, so much so, that he actually thinks Lewis was on the juice. It's a compliment to Lewis really as Bowe clearly thinks that a human couldn't be as good as Lewis was without a 'helping hand'. Lennox was King of the Ring and ruled the HW division with an iron fist, beating every opponent he has ever faced, by way of rematch.
