Nothing fight...very disappointing for Daniel....plenty of other more creditable fights out there and he goes for this farce.
Big Geale fan and I agree but Geale thought he had a fight with GGG. Which he could have had on HBO but not on ME in Australia. I will still watch it cause Im a nuthugger. I hope he's not going down the Green road to get a 3rd Mundine match. Though Garth has had more than 6 fights in 6 years,wasn't in rehab and fights in the same weight division. Still would rather he fight on ESPN FNF than take on Mundine,Soliman left overs. Disappointed.
He knows his boxing and is critical of most fighters maybe too critical at times. But he isn't a Mundine fan so writing ''Wood KO5:rofl'' isn't going to upset him.
I think I might book this fight on wednesday night, it will be a good laugh to see how Geale handles Woods spastic style.
Agree will do nothing to enhance his reputation feeding on Mundine-Soliman victims. Wood is recognised though and Gallen is on the U/C so cit mighjt get a few buys(I will buy it Berridge-FoleyII). And to support Geale but think he should head OS.

That was exactly how it played out. Beating Mundine took Wood from a boxing nobody to a house-hold name with a ranking. Prior to fighting Mundine Wood had only had about 10 fights and the fight was seen by everyone (bar Jeff Fenech) as a huge mismatch. Geale was amongst 99% of the boxing fraternity who thought the fight was a total mismatch and a waste of time. No point remaining butt hurt about it. That's what happened.
:roflButthurt? no my friend not butthurt at all..Just find it extremely funny how people bagged mundine for fighting garth (including Geale and Soliman,Paul Kent and everyone else) but after he defeats mundine he is all of a sudden a credible 'world class' fighter? Oh and those same people are the ones who say mundine is a bum So a Bum Ko's a 'Bum' and is recognised,you tell me whos the hater:hi:
Wood was a boxing nobody with 10 fights to his name and Mundine should never have fought him. Everybody said it was a total mismatch, including Geale, and it was a fair and reasonable comment at the time. After KOing Mundine Wood had a ranking and became a household name. That's what happened :yep
