I think the main reason Froch can beat Groves again is purely durability and Groves running out of gas

I REALLY hope Groves wions the rematch though

Froch has taken Georges best and still came back to have him in trouble
AS soon as Groves started shipping punches he looked vulnerable - not that it should have been stopped mind.

How many miles has froch got on the clock now? - it may simply come down to wear and tear but if it turns into a battle of will again I can only see froch winning. Groves has to fight smart this time

I went in one the other day to place a tennis bet. Odds were 6/4. Asked for £1k on the match, they offered me £100 at 6/4 with the rest at 5/4.

    I politely declined.

As it happened, the player I wanted to back got smashed 6-2, 6-0. Still, saved myself a grand.

Yep, groves needs to implement more of the degale tactics, if nothing else to save some gas for the later rounds. Unfortunately that may mean giving up some rounds on the score cards, cause the judges are gonna favour froch like they did in the first fight. That Hearn money talks.

U do know most big bets are placed online.

Had £50 In free bets this week with WH. That's gone on Groves KO 4/1. And I get £10 in free bets with Sky Bet every week that will go on a ko. So £150 X 4/1 = £600

Not bad if it comes off

But hang on, Froch was well prepared last time! What is clear is that Groves is, in fact, better than most/many thought he was before the first fight.

Groves will know after the first fight that he can win the second in a number of ways. For example, if he hurts Froch similarly to last time I could see him more aggressively trying to close the show - don't forget that Froch was effectively saved by the bell... He'll also know now that he can outbox Froch for rounds at a time and another route to win the title is to box clever rather than drop the hands and have a tear up. Groves engine will be better in the second fight - a lot of nervous energy there in your first world title fight.

Froch? Well, he has to do what he does. Come forward relentlessly and try and back Groves onto the ropes. In other words he only has one plan, good though it may be.

Let's have it right - Froch took a sustained beating in the first fight and the psychology of the whole event may be bad for Carl. He didn't want this rematch yet now has to go through three months of build-up with a guy who has got under his skin. If there's one thing Groves truly is clearly world class at is handling opponents well in the psychological build up to fights.

because groves has lost his main weapon ie. being underrated, froch probably thought it would be the same as the bute fight and would just blast him out. we all know froch always bounces back after a bad showing, (can he do it 1 last time) i think he can.

ps. i now think groves is a ***** and i like degail more which says something.

I don't see how anyone can be really confident about who's gonna win, anything can happen here and I wouldn't be surprised with any outcome

Froch has trouble with speed. That's been proven a few times not just against groves. I think groves wins a decision.

If Groves fights like he did in the first fight he will gas out and get caught again.

If Groves uses the Ward tactics of slipping and counter punching, he will gas and get caught.

The only chance Groves has is to be more intense than the first fight and hope he can get Froch out of there, which he almost did, as im sure you all remember. But this is, of course, assuming Froch will be as awful as he was in the first fight.

That is what I think the main factor will be, what sort of mental state Froch will be in on fight night.

Froch displays the same skillset in all his fights
He's gonna look just as awful this time round

Groves mental state determines the outcome of this fight because as for skills go GG beats froch in nearly every department

Almost? He landed flush in the bell and it had no effect.
