Mayweather isn't a KO artist but he is a great deal sharper and less sloppy than Maidana, especially Maidana when he fought Khan (before he tweaked his game under Garcia). Precise counter punching will spell doom for Khan, who is while undoubtedly fast not (as some believe) in Mayweather's league of speed and certainly not in skill or accuracy, so his speed will be useless anyhow.

    Plus, all of this:

This is the thing people wanna see the Khan fight so they are trying to justify it, kinda like a Golovkin fight they dont make any sense at all but style wise thy are intriguing

Prescott beat Khan. So why doesn't Prescott deserve Mayweather, by your logic? :think

    :deal This.

Khan looked like crap recently. Had the chance to take Alexander fight, and really settle the issue of getting FMJ if he won. He did not take the fight, thinking he could avoid the risk and still get FMJ.

Then, his plans got screwed up because Maidana came along and became an overnight folk hero for humiliating Broner.

Its Khans own fault, and noone elses. He could have guaranteed his FMJ shot by taking and beating Alexander but didnt.

Because they're TERRIFIED of Khan winning. They would then have to commit suicide after all the hatin.

The hate for Khan is unreal. He poses more threat than Maidana so they're turning up the Khan hate to the max. Just like they've done to Pacman over the last 5 years! They just don't want their man to take ANY risk! How pathetic is this! True fans want their boxers to prove it against the best.

Oh please. Khans chance of making the fight even slightly interesting is almost 0, let alone his chance of winning.

That's true, every time one of his opponents looked hurt he never went to the finish.
Too scared to be caught, too obsessed about defence first. And the hands easily injured or hurt. Xilocaine and such.

At welter weights, Mayweather ko percentage is really low, meaning he doesn't have much power.
Khan could easily go the distance with Floyd, if he did it against Maidana.

And if he would, he would surely land more than Maidana, the flat footed straight walking slugger.

To many fans, myself included. Wasn't Maidana a big underdog going in against Broner?. Please don't pretend like everyone knew the result now that it's availabe to view.

So what if he beat Maidana?, is that the death penalty now?. Maidana moved on to bigger and better things and is successful at 147, unlike Khan who almost got killed against Diaz(who was moved down to 143).
