    Both of these guys are still in the building stage of their careers. They need to take a lot of tough assignments before they can be considered worthy for the big names.

    Their drawing power would be equal, but Porter is holding a belt. Also, the win over Devon Alexander was much more impressive than a win over Soto Karass.
