I'm not taking offence you clown just defending a man who has the balls to go in the ring a fight for his living, if you showed a fraction of there courage and PROFFESIONALISM you wouldn't be so damning on them

That's what I have said. Have you not mixed it up a bit more and learned from that experience?? Selby and Campbell not like Crawford at all neither is Nurse so your obviously thinking he may bring more to the table than his previous fights indicate

Listen, im not saying hes crap at all. Im comparing him to top level fighters here i.e Burns vs Crawford

I dont see whats wrong with that.

Would you say that James Milner is pretty average compared to Messi and Ronaldo? Of corse you would you hypocrite

Another opinion of mine, Crolla is average compared to Burns. Im sure u would agree with that one though eh

    Hi Billy,

Is it yours and Ricky's thoughts that after the last two performances that Ricky needed to get as much quality sparring in as possible for this one?. Not to say the camps before were awful spars but you and Ricky needed 100% quality work and to get Ricky really peaking for this one. I know Ricky and you feel sparring is a major part of camp. It seems to me like this camp you've gone all out on quality and stylistically similar fighters to Terence. I think this will be benefit Ricky massively on fight night.

Good luck to you and Ricky. This isn't mission impossible like some want to believe. I do rate Crawford highly but he does have flaws although i do think he's the real deal.

You've got to take into account what this fella is saying he just isn't very tactful. A world class fighter who has been lucky with his last couple of decisions sparing fighters levels below him to get ready for someone who is world class. It's like sending Rooney to train with Bournemouth to get him ready for the World Cup. Not really Billy's fault though we just don't have a great deal of world class fighters on offer

Thank you, this camp has been excellent,I'd like to thank all the sparring partners they've all worked very hard to help Ricky and I'm sure it will show in his performance, remember Ricky's the champ,Crawford will need to fight the fight of his life to win

Very harsh mate to be fair, what was lucky about the Gonzalez win? Ricky beat him into quitting, granted Beltran we got the rub of the green but I stick by what I've always said Beltran would have been hurt had Ricky not got injured,he couldn't handle Ricky's speed and IMO a fully fit Ricky may have stopped Beltran,a fully fit Beltran couldn't stop a not fully fit Ricky could he?
