I'd love to see Ricky injury free against Beltran again the first 2 rounds Ricky's speed and reach looked like it was giving Beltran problems but as the fight went on he knew Ricky was hurt and was just walking through everything.

Cheers Billy :good. I agree Terence will have to earn this win unlike other American prospects like Broner who got handed first title really.

  3. Few of us making the trip from London for a few days and looking forward to a good fight.

Think Ricky is underestimated and will deliver a big performance on the night.

He did. Ricky took his heart and Gonzalez wouldn't have seen the final bell if he continued. :bbb

Crawford will dominate from start to fininsh. he will win every round. ricky will have trouble landing clean on him.

too slick, too fast, too black.

plus to prepare for a quality fighter like crawford you need sparring from quick, athletic guys. selby and mitchell are slow, flat footed and easy to hit. ricky should be out in miami sparring the slick cuban fighters out there.

Why are people giving Selby a hard time he's a very good fighter?? I think with a bit of luck he will become World Champion.. Kevin Mitchell is also a very good fighter.. Crawford fans slagging him off when they have very similar styles. Got to laugh at people on here

Because selby had a fairly tough nights work against Ryan Walsh who is no way near world class and Mitchell comes unstuck when he fights anyone half descent. Therefore although they may be the best on offer for sparing, it may not be good enough. That was my point not slagging them off just my opinion taking into account the level burns fights at

Ryan Walsh is a very very good fighter.. Very skilled, his brother Liam has said on a few occasions that Ryan is the better boxer of the 3.. Styles make fights Ryan would be a hard fight for anyone at that weight. Is he World class? Obviously not but he could definitely win a British title and fight at European level.. As for Mitchell he is fringe world class. He has a lot of talent which IMO he hasn't fulfilled. Mitchell was ideal sparring for this fight. I think Selby and Campbell would of given Ricky stuff to think about so again if he is working on different things then I'm sure that would help..

What are some people on? Ricky is the best in the UK at his weight so it's fairly probable that the sparring partners he gets will be not as good as him. Unless they bring in overseas. They have brought in guys with different styles to mix it up.

There is no point comparing Crawford to Selby/Mitchell/Campbell ............ Sparring is about defining RICKY for this fight, not about marking his partners against Crawford.

    Judge Crawford against Burns.

That's my point thought. If your the best in the uk it's difficult to prepare for top u.s fighters where as if your u.s based you can prepare against a better caliber of fighter. That's got to give you an advantage
