Round 6 Geale is jumping in and out landing jabs on the face and body shots. Wood looks for a counter right hand down the pipe but Geale is coming at different angles and altitudes. Every time Geale flurries, even with just quick bursts of light punches, Wood looks hurt. Geale is rushing in and flashing combos, peppering Wood into the ropes, very busy hands. Yeah, Charlie Lucas did seem to be making life hard on Geale all night. The count in the 1st round knockdown was a bit slow, the point deduction was questionable, and he could stopped it any time during the 6th if not the last thirty seconds of the fifth. Lo and behold, Lucas is from Sydney...the same "hood" as Wood...
