Viewing figures are the be all and end all for the networks, not the fans. The more people tune in, the more money they make.

The networks hardly give a **** about subjective p4p rankings.

Your argument is so ****ing ******ed, viewing figures, not pay cheque are a measure of popularity. Learn what the word popularity means.

Kovalev is no GGG ,he's bigger man and bigger puncher. Ward would beat GGG, but Ward vs Kovalev is 50/50 fight

That's why I don't like him. He's a selfish prima donna who always demands advantages over his opponents.

He claims to be the Son of God, but his attitude toward others is not what is expected of a Christian.

Maybe I think, GGG is a better all rounder than Kovalev though and would have more of a chance to find Ward's chin than Kovalev. Both have the power to put Ward on the carpet- I don't think even Ward doubts that.

Ward and Calzaghe are great fighters. Believe it or not i do think Calzaghe would beat Ward. Huge joe fan here.

    Thats all im gonna say.

He does the necessary tests and it wasnt a high profile fight

Vada or usada should be done for bigger fights

Agree with 1, 3 and maybe 4, but number 2 is idiotic.
No way Ward accepts, especially if he goes to fight in Ref'town England.
The audience may be coming to see Froch or Groves, but they aren't the P4P best, and you know it.

What were those crucial figures for Golovkin/Adama?

If you read the thread, it clearly means anymore big fights.

He got big fights because he was in the Super Six- as did all those guys.

Dawson isn't a big draw but he got that fight because Dawson made the sacrifice to drop weight, accept the lower offer and go to Jokeland. Would the fight have happened at 175, a 50-50 purse split and Ward having to travel to Connecticut? Highly unlikely.

Edwin Rodriguez is not a big fight- he has no fanbase and nobody outside hardcore fans know who the **** he is.

Stevenson, Kovalev, Froch/ Groves winner, Martinez and Golovkin are big fights. If he wants to fight any of those guys, he is gonna have to take a page out of Dawson's book, and either go to their weight class, travel to their country or accept that he's not the draw in the fight and accept a split lower than 50%. Things he seems to be unwilling to do.

Was that on HBO? No. Would it have outdone Ward vs Rodriguez if it was? :nod

And for the record, GGG v Adama was picked up in over 100 countries:

That's his promoters talking that ****, not ggg himself.

Ggg promoters aren't great. They aren't capitalising on his prime physical years. Eventually , he will fight ward and will not have the necessary experience in tough fights to win.

And his promoters make some publicity errors. Especially with the Lara thing, trashing him on twitter when ggg just fought adama....

    But ggg fear no man.

I was just using it as an example, he could fight Stevenson or Pascal in Canada as another example- what I'm saying is he should realise he's not giving them a payday and they should accept whatever he's offering- he's needs to realise they are actually the bigger draws.

Why didn't "boxing's new star" get aired?

Why doesn't "boxing's new star" have sponsors?

Why doesn't "boxing's new star" get paid properly?

Why does "boxing's new star" need fake fans/shills on ESB?

Answer: Andre Ward: We're being force fed that Golovkin is a star

    [yt]4O2Dg8CzA6g[/yt]

How the fck did K2 pull that off but couldn't secure HBO for Golovkin/Adama? :patsch

They said they cannot fit all their production equipment in the venue. It was only like a function room. Golovkin wanted to fight there.
