The irony of this pathetic thread, is pointless. How does amatuers correlate to pro boxing please?

Mayweather got an absolute gift against aaragon and then lost his next fight, he can't pick and choose who he fights in the ams and as a result lost!

    simple as that!

What planet am I own? Since when has anyone given a Fu(K about AMs? In the West the AMs were nothing more than a training ground for when you turned pro. That is why no one ever keeps track of AM records on any mainstream boxing website. So to translate that to dumbass (which there seems to be a lot on this site lately), you learn your craft in the AMs to become pro. Once in the pros you have to change your style to A; adjust to the new rules and B; become more appealing to the public to make a living.

I do not know why there has been a growing interest the ams game lately, no one where I come from really gives a SH!T who the GOAT of the AMs are. I guess this is a discussion that should be left for 2nd and 3rd world countries and their people.

It did more than just that for guys like Oscar or SRL. They were already stars when they turn pro I believe.

Do you know how old he probably was for each of those losses?

His, or anyones, amature losses that happened at those ages and that long ago are completely meaningless.

Its not ignorance its the truth dawg. I have been watching boxing for over 30 almost 35 years and the only time anyone cared about the ams was during the Olympics and MAYBE the worlds or the commonwealth games. On top of that it was only used as a gauge of who would be a good prospect of who would be a good pro. Hell man if you do not like the truth about the situation start your own website to discuss the AM exclusively and see how many fans sign up to chat . . . good luck with that:good
