No, it was after the Vinny Maddalone fight.

    Interesting matchup.
Adamek would have his face jabbed off, and if he got aggressive against a half interested Fury, he'd get stopped.
Fury doesn't have sublime boxing skills, fast feet, or ferocious one punch power, but he doesn't need to have any of these qualities to beat Adamek.
Estimates suggest there are nearly 1 miliion Poles in the UK, the ones i've met are very Patriotic, and love their sport, so i think this fight could do good numbers.

Why on Earth would this match-up take place in either Poland or the US muggings? Fury is the one whose putting bums on seats, not some Polish scrub. :patsch

Fury will be in shape for this, I honestly see him wiping Adamek out.

I mostly agree with this, and to the last bit would add that he would also need to keep his hands up more against the better fighters.Im not keen on an Adamek fight,as most of the echelon are bigger guys like Wlad,Wilder and Pulev. But he might be good for a warm up against a smaller, classy guy like Jennings. So I wouldn't complain.Fury seems to want it and all his fights are entertaining anyway.

Definitely in UK if it happens.Cant see Tyson in the US again if Peter not allowed in.But I don't think they'll need to.If he keeps active and winning I reckon they'll get him a shot in the UK.If its against Wlad Germany. In the meantime Adamek would be a good scalp here, though its not my favourite fight.Good win for an in shape Fury in April.Could see this happening.

I can see why Fury would want to fight a small guy with a top rank and good exposure in the US. I am not sure what's in that fight for Adamek though. The size and power disadvantage is too big.

I guess Fury's ability to hype a fight/antagonise the opponent and fans of the opponent ... is a match made in heaven for the 1 million+ super patriotic, sports mad Poles in the UK :good

When Poland played England at Wembley in the World Cup Qualifier last autumn it sounded like there were more tickets sold to Polish fans than English.

Conceivably this could actually sell out the o2 in the UK bizarrely?!? So the appeal to Adamek would be a big pay day.

Adamek is ranked really high by all the organizations too, so it would be a great win for Fury and I am convinced he would brutalize a very brave Adamek.

Adamek isnt that good at all at HW I thought Cunningham beat him, plus he got hurt by a Vitali jab if theres ever a fight for Fury to look good in its this one

    No chance this fight happens.

Adamek has a big fanbase in America & makes decent coin, do people really think he's gonna come to the UK to get beat up by Tyson?
