Who ranks highest in the ATG list? roy jones, hopkins or calzaghe.

    Hopkins didn't do himself any favors by acting the way he did ,he did it against Dawson and in the Jones rematch ..Joe beat him on pts wether you agree with his punches or not Joe won on points .You don't get points for whining in the ring like a Baby .I respect Hopkins but he lost that fight .

    I never initially used the word Fact. You did. I must note your opinion is not fact either.
    The notes I gave above are Facts, which make my claim look far greater than yours, which is also a Fact.
    I have no doubt that if Byrd hadnt have scored for Hopkins, the fight wouldnt even be talked aout now. It just seems many struggle with the FACT Calzaghe won and another fact is that regardless of all these people screaming for Hopkins, the polls are always the same and Calzaghe is a clear favourite.

    I know my opinion is not fact. I'm not going to address your "facts" because first of all I don't believe those punch stats to be correct. Calzaghe did not cleanly land that many punches. No way in hell. And I know you're going to have a trollish response so it's not worth debating. I know what I saw. And I know your opinion will not change that. So enjoy your day.

    calslappy makes top ten welsh atgs for sure, and also british atg top 25.

    but that isn't the same thing as a real world level atg.

    Calzage does not deserve to be listed in the same grouping as Hopkins and Jones. When Hopkins and Jones were facing one another early in their careers, Calzaghe was in Whales facing bums and still needing gifts from the refs to beat those bums. Joe is no ATG.

    If the polls result count, then in head to head match ups, Joe would of beat prime toney, Jones, Chris Byrd, John Ruiz. :D

    Joe's wins against way past prime Hopkins and Jones is as credible and as meaningful as Hopkin's win over Jones in Hopkins-Jones II.
