I'm not sure Floyd has an "army of smart accountants and lawyers who take care of his businesses and his money," since they let the IRS put that tax lien on his house a few years ago, landed Floyd in jail for a while on a battery charge, and led Floyd into the disaster of having to pay Manny an enormous sum of money to settle Manny's defamation suit against him. So, yes, in addition to being Floyd's liaison with the gay community in Vegas, Leonard Ellerbe may actually be Floyd's principal financial advisor.
