Isn't Khan kinda proving it should be him??? Look at the hype he is generating with his mouth. Let's not pretend Floyd cares about which fighter is better. He cares about PPV and that is Khan.

i like khan, i do. but he sounds desperate. enough of all this "ive been disrespected" ****. Its apart of the sport. Plenty of fighters are expecting shots. and unless its signed and sealed you shouldnt anticipate anything.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of Khan or Maidana, do you not think Khan is demonstrating that he can build a fight better than Maidana?

We can all disagree on who is a tougher opponent, but hard to disagree on which fight sells. This whole waiting period give the "disrespected angle" to the fight.

For me, I'm streaming either one but I think Khan makes more sense financially and is also a more dangerous fight.

Well I do like Khan but I also belive he has to win a few more fight before he can even get a world title shot. He got knocked out and came of two bad wins and then suddenly wants a shot at the best the sport has to offer?

In my opinion I do belive that Maidanna is the more dangerous fighter since he came of his biggest victory in his career and therefore deserves a shot. Another fight I also are more deserving is Danny garcia.

I cant believe i used to like this guy!

    He is deluded!

I hate how he makes out as if he is owed the fight. So what if you are told you have the fight. The fights not on until both parties sign the contract. Maybe someone should of given him Under siege 2 so he could of learned a valuable lesson....

hahaha yeahp. The guy doesn't have a world title, is comming of two victories yes but then again how impressive did he look against ALOT weaker opposition then let's say Maidanna.

Set Khan I maidannas shoes and do you really think he would have came through with flying colours like Maidanna did?

Serious question, if you dislike and criticize Floyd so much, why would you both even watching his fight?

    Great interview

Khan came across very well and i agree with him that his style would cause far more problems to Floyd then Maidana will ever do.

Also quite funny when he said Floyd is ducking the two fighters out there who are quicker then him, Pac and himself.

He did mention Arum's comments too so there is the potential that Khan will move to Toprank soon.

I can understand why you are asking me that, but I want to be clear on a couple things:

    1. I don't hate Mayweather, I hate his fans. Floyd is doing what other fighters WISH they could. Many times on this message board I have said I can't blame Floyd for who he fights. His fans are the reason he hasn't fought the fighters that myself and other intelligent fans would like to see.

    2. I will always watch boxing, but I refuse to pay for a terrible fight. PPV is supposed to be for big fights, there isn't supposed to be a PPV fighter that is PPV no matter who he fights... otherwise, what is the point?

I actually admire Floyd for his dedication to the art and science of boxing. IMO, his fear of losing is what drives him to train incessantly and NEVER does he EVER overlook an opponent, no matter how easy anyone thinks they are. THAT is friggin impressive. To make a point, have you ever been playing a sport with someone who sucks at it? It's hard to dominate them from start to finish because it gets so easy that you lose focus. Floyd never does this. It just gets ridiculous when his nut huggers think that his skills mean he is unbeatable... look back in history of other ATG fighters...they lost to guys that weren't better or more skilled than them.

Khan vs Maidana is a classic example. Solely based on styles, Khan is a more interesting play. Maidana has looked terrible against skilled boxers. I would pay to see Floyd vs Lara, Bradley, Pac and even Danny (who truly has earned it despite not fighting at WW) Other than that, no one realistic is worth PPV. A real fan of Floyd would want him to fight the best, period.

**** Amir Khan, he should get in the line fight some one credible before even being considered worthy of fighting Mayeather. Hes is too dumb to realize he was taken for a ride.
