Duran when from hunter to boxer, setting traps, slipping, ducking, and rolling with everthing behind the jab. He beat this man every round and finished him as soon as he had him hurt.

This Vargas guy has no power at all but he was so beautiful with his moving, and defense and combinations. He KO'ed this guys because the guy could not hit him but the guy could not avoid a punch. Vargas was throwing double left uppercut, followed by rights, and double hooks, then he would duck and turn and move and do similar stuff.

I wish I had the fight.

Hop getting a lot of mentions. His fight against Glen Johnson is another example.

Sanchez Vs. Gomez was a systematic breakdown of an ATG.
(Chava chopped him up with such grace)

Yep, no time to make any mistakes when you go 1 for 1 and the fight is over.

That was beautiful. Duran made Dejesus miss so much. He'd attack, avoid the counters, and then counter back. Probably his best defensive performance, and he mixed with with an effective, controlled offense.

    I think Hopkins/Pavlik deserves a mention.

    1) Duran/DeJesus III
    2) Honeyghan/Curry
    3) Calzaghe/Lacy
